FAITH CONNECTION FOR TODAY

We are in a time when it seems that many are have a higher stress level, and as we enter into the holiday's it seems to even get higher.

We are concerned with the dinner we need to provide for Thanksgiving, the gifts we need to buy for Christmas, for us here in Michigan the cost for our heating goes up and up etc....enough of that!

That why it so important to have a faithfulness in gratitude for the little things that God bless us on a daily basis.

Looking at the befits of having a faithfulness gratitude is it, Reduced Depression: Gratitude makes you shift focus from negative thought patterns, reducing symptoms of depression.

Philippians 4:6-7 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

Don't let anxiety rule you this holiday season, but rather be thankful in prayer. Let God know your concern, worry, doubts etc.... and the results are He (God) will guard your heart (soul) emotions and you will not be given over to the spirit of heaviness (depression) though Jesus Christ!

Father, unfortunately we find ourselves struggling though the holiday's we get caught up what this world's culture of how, why we celebrate these holiday's. We hurt and grief for those that are not with any longer, but if we would be thankful with the joy of the promise that because they believe in you, they are way better off in your presence and the promise that we too will be in your and there presence once again for eternality! Give us a faithful and a gratitude of thankfulness for those around us today, the small blessings of everyday as we make a FAITH CONNECTION may faithful and gratitude benefits be ours in the Mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth Amen

Blessings have a wonderful Thanksgiving day!
